1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at sales.sivomix@gmail.com or calling +91 86060 36903.
  • If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Shipping

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return or refund request after receiving the product (refer to the Refund Policy below).

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of delivery by contacting us at sales.sivomix@gmail.com.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.
  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Digital products, gift cards, or services.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • In cases where we cover the return shipping, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Exchange Policy

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you may request a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
